Local Motors & DP Customs Racer Photoshoot
In 2013 Local Motors partnered with DP Customs to work on a design challenge on Local Motors first foray into 2 wheeled vehicles. The design challenge produced over 200 entries and the final design, the 'Racer' - inspired by 1970's Formula 1 cars and designed by none other than André Costa (aka Lude Design) was chosen.
DP Customs undertook the build of the first Racer, which was unveiled to the public in July 2013 at a special event.
Local Motors also did a custom wrap for Rally Fighter #002 to match the Racer for the event.
These photos were the first photos taken of the Racer after its reveal, at it's home in Chandler Arizona.
